“Smart Regulation – A Key to A Thriving Bioeconomy” |
|
| EBI’s Executive Committee member David Zilberman will soon release a new blog post detailing the historical and modern complexities of introducing new technologies. He discusses the role of regulations as innovation is commercialized, and how there are multiple approaches to such a process.
Tying these considerations into the bioeconomy, Zilberman writes, “The importance of smart regulation that allows taking minimal risks to pursue progress and meet our challenges is especially important as we introduce the bioeconomy, which will expand the utilization of natural resources to meet our food needs to sequester carbon and produce minerals, fuels, and other materials in a renewable manner.”
His newest blog post, as well as all his previous pieces, can be found on the EBI’s website, linked below. |
